Making of a celebrity mask is a complex procedure and is divided in various stages.

We have devised our own unique manufacturing process after doing detailed research and in-house development using various approaches. Today the mask that we produce are comparable or even better in quality to those produced for International celebrities like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, etc.

The production process is divided into number of steps. Studying the profile of the Personality and determining the complexity of the particular character. It is not something like one size fits all. For each character there is a slight change in production process depending on his/her profile and requirements.

This is followed by a detailed Photo-shoot of the celebrity with 360 degree profiling and measurements . It must be noted that it requires great amount of patience on the part of the celebrity and his complete support is inevitable for the achieving the best quality output.

We were fortunate that Mr. Chiranjeevi was completed dedicated to the task. He had a cause, to reach the maximum number of his supporters in the best possible manner. We were surprised by his professional and humble behavior. Despite having problem with his health and hectic schedule he gave us all the time that we requested for.

Once the photography is done. Based on the various angles and measurement and life-size clay model of the face is produced on which complete make-up is done. This is then sent to the client for approval. Corrections if any are carried out.

Once that is approved, a cast is produced and then sent for Die making which is followed by mass production

The entire process took about 30-40 to complete.
