Adman Balki who made Cheeni Kum with Amitabh and Tabu is the director. Abhisekh Bachcan is playing Amitabh’s father in the film. Vidya Balan is the female lead.
Amitabh is spending about 4 to 5 hours every day for the make up. A well known make up artist has been specially flown down from Los Angeles to transform Amitabh into his new avatar.
