There had been news, right from the time comedian Sunil’s hero act in Andalaramudu became a hit, that double hat-trick director SS Rajamouli would make a film with Sunil in the lead. Even a tentative title Banthi was said to have been chosen. Then nothing of that project was heard.
According to reports, this project has not been shelved. SS Rajamouli will take up the shooting of the Sunil starrer from Ugadi next year after he completes the present assignment with Ram Charan Tej.
It is known that like Puri Jagannath and Ravi Teja, the duo of Rajamouli and Sunil are also close buddies.
